Paid plans: a full refund within 14 days of your first payment
If you withdraw within 14 days of your first payment for a paid plan (Plus or Pro), we refund that payment in full to the card you paid with, within 14 days, and your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
To withdraw, email support@voicemystories.com (from the address on the account if you can, so we can find it quickly) and tell us you want to withdraw. The day you send the email counts: an email sent within the 14 days is in time.
If you paid with a card from the European Union (or from Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway), you can also use Withdraw from contract here on the Plan page.
Withdrawing refunds your first payment only; for anything else, including a difference paid when moving up, email us.
After 14 days, and renewals
We don't give refunds for a change of mind after those 14 days, or for a renewal. A paid plan renews at its price, including tax, until you cancel — Plus every month at US$9.99, Pro every month at US$19.99. When you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for, and then your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
If a renewal charge looks wrong, email support@voicemystories.com from the address on the account — see below.
If Voice My Stories closes
If we close Voice My Stories, we refund the unused part of any month you have paid for. We tell you at least 90 days before, and downloads keep working until the last day — see the terms.
Something wrong with a payment?
Email support@voicemystories.com from the address on the account and tell us what happened — a charge you do not recognise, or a charge taken twice. We act on it within five business days.
Australian Consumer Law, and the law where you live
Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or under the consumer law of the country where you live. If something we sold you is faulty or is not as we described it, those rights apply whatever this page says.
When the law entitles you to a refund, we refund it to the card you paid with. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days longer to show it on your statement.
Card disputes
Write to us first — we would rather fix it in a day. Filing a dispute with your bank never stops you downloading your stories.
The full terms are on the Terms of Service page, and what we do with your data is on the Privacy Policy page.
